Does ReviewReply actually sound like my business - or does it sound like AI?
We've spent a lot of time solving this. ReviewReply uses your custom tone settings, always-include phrases, and never-use rules to generate responses that reflect your brand. Our prompt engineering specifically instructs the AI to avoid generic phrasing. Most customers say reviewers don't know the responses are AI-generated.
How does the Google Business Profile connection work?
You connect via Google's official OAuth flow - the same way you'd sign into any Google-powered app. We request only the permissions needed to read reviews and post responses. You can disconnect at any time.
What happens when I get a review that mentions legal action or health issues?
ReviewReply automatically detects sensitive keywords (legal threats, health/safety issues, etc.) and flags those reviews instead of generating a response. You'll be notified immediately so you can handle them manually or with legal counsel.
Can I review responses before they're posted?
Yes - that's the Approval Queue. Every generated response goes into a queue where you can read, edit, regenerate, approve, or skip it. If you'd rather not review anything, enable Auto-Post and responses go live after your configured delay.
How do you handle multi-location businesses where each location has a different vibe?
Each location can have its own brand voice override - different tone, different custom instructions, different always-include phrases. The org-level settings act as a default, and you override only the locations that need it.
What's the response rate I can expect?

Can I bring my team onto ReviewReply?
Absolutely. You can invite team members with three roles: Owner (full access), Admin (everything except billing), and Reviewer (can approve or skip responses, but can't change settings). All approvals are tracked in the audit log.
What happens when my trial ends?
After 14 days, you'll be prompted to choose a plan and enter payment. Your data and settings are preserved - you just won't be able to generate new AI responses or post to Google until you upgrade. No credit card is required to start the trial.
