Help us scale our Next.js + Postgres platform to support thousands of businesses. You'll work on AI integrations, real-time features, and data pipelines.
- 5+ years full-stack experience
- Strong TypeScript / React skills
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar
- Bonus: LLM/AI API experience
Own our AI response generation pipeline. Work on prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and building the next generation of our brand voice system.
- Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI)
- Python or TypeScript proficiency
- Understanding of prompt engineering techniques

Be the main point of contact for our mid-market accounts. Help multi-location businesses get maximum value from ReviewReply through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- 3+ years in customer success or account management
- Experience with SaaS products
- Strong communication skills
- Bonus: experience with local SEO or review management
Shape the look, feel, and usability of ReviewReply. Work closely with engineering and customers to design features that are genuinely delightful to use.
- 4+ years product/UX design
- Strong Figma skills
- Experience designing complex data-heavy UIs
- Portfolio showing end-to-end design process
Build out our SEO content engine. Write in-depth articles about local SEO, review management, and small business operations. Own our blog strategy and distribution.
- 3+ years content marketing
- Strong SEO knowledge
- Exceptional writer
- Bonus: experience in local business or SaaS space
